This anonymous video features case number 25 from a young resident ophthalmologist in training. The surgical skill, for case 25, is amazing and it is better than I performed at the same stage of my training many years ago. This resident has previously sent me other videos and I am impressed with the continual improvement in technique. Now before we go overboard with the compliments, there are a few things in the technique that I would like this surgeon to improve. And in keeping with that motif, this resident did not ask for compliments but rather for constructive criticism. It is impossible to predict the career path of this young surgeon, but I know that he has the drive and determination to be a world-class surgeon. Keep up the good work.
