The skills are very good and I am certain that this surgeon will be incorporating this technique into more of the case load. There are some important pearls and bits of advice which will make it easier for you to learn this technique. In my clinic the two most common techniques that I perform for routine cases are flip & chop and combo chop. You must learn both.
