In this video we are critiquing an anonymous resident surgeon’s 200th cataract case. I will be doing the voiceover the very first time that I watch this video so we will learn from it together and give helpful suggestions for improvement. As we know, 200 cases is a good starting point but it is less than half way up the learning curve. It is a time when the resident surgeon develops more confidence in the basic maneuvers but has not yet done enough cases to encounter the spectrum of challenges that await.
