There is so much to be learned by watching a complete surgery, from start to finish. These complete cataract cases show every step of the procedure and the viewers can then pick up on the subtleties which make the surgery great. Like with sports, if we only watch “highlight reels” then we lose sight of the big picture, which is the whole game. These are all efficient surgeries and the entire case is done in just a few minutes — I’m sure you could watch all four of these videos in half an hour or less. I encourage you to do so, without skipping ahead, to see if you can pick up some nuances or details which you can then incorporate into your own cases.
