2158: How to fix this traumatic cataract?

You cannot fully undo trauma, especially when it comes to the eye and delicate ocular structures. This patient sustained ocular trauma which resulted in zonular loss, vitreous prolapse, and an unstable cataract. Addressing these issues is not going to be easy but it is possible as shown here by our very talented guest surgeon. What steps would you plan in this surgery? Would you start with the cataract extraction or first clean up the vitreous from the anterior chamber? How would you ensure strong support of the IOL and capsular bag?
