2039: total anterior segment reconstruction

This young patient presents with a very difficult situation: a dislocated IOL, fibrotic capsule tissue, iris damage, and uncontrolled glaucoma. Our guest surgeon takes us through this tough case where the original IOL is removed, the fibrotic tissue is cleaned up, a new IOL is fixated to the sclera, a pupilloplasty is performed, and a glaucoma valve seton is placed. So many great learning points from this total anterior segment reconstruction. The result is a beautiful surgery and a very happy patient.
