We recently showed a video of a surgeon dividing the nucleus in half in the anterior chamber using a cystotome needle which allowed extraction of each half through a smaller incision. This video shows our guest surgeon using a lens snare (lens loop) to divide the nucleus in the anterior chamber so that the MSICS incision is about half the width.
