1856: MSICS with temporal approach

While the most common location for the MSICS incision is superior, we can also make this incision at the temporal position. This may be advantageous for patients with deep set eyes or large brows which can make the superior approach more difficult. This patient also has an intumescent white cataract and our guest surgeon does a great job of creating the capsulorhexis without issues.
