This patient had some unknown procedure performed in the past and now presents to you with an exposed Gore-Tex suture and pseudo-phakodonesis. What do you think is going on here and how would you approach it. If you look carefully at the photo above, you’ll see that a pars plana trocar has already been placed (top right of title photo under the word “Tex”).
