I admire the resident surgeon who submitted this video. S/he cares so much about surgical development of skills that the extra effort was taken to send this video to me. This is an anonymous resident and not one of our UCLA residents and thus I am not the attending surgeon supervising this case. Since it is truly anonymous, I will give honest and critical feedback with the pure purpose of helping to improve surgical skill. I recorded my voiceover for this video the first time that I watched it, so like you, I will be calling the play-by-play on my first viewing.
