1152: upside down IOL with bent haptic

You are performing cataract surgery on this patient and the case is going beautifully. You made a perfect 5 mm capsulorhexis and then chopped the nucleus and phaco-aspirated it. The cortex was cleaned up and the capsular bag was inflated with a cohesive viscoelstic. Your technician hands you the IOL injector and your deliver the IOL into the eye. Now you see that the leading haptic is bent and the IOL is upside down. How do you rescue this case, flip the IOL over, and fix the bent haptic?
