1151: white cataract and uveitis synechiae

This patient has a long standing history of uveitis which has resulted in synechiae between the iris and the anterior lens capsule. Many factors are discussed in this case including treatment of the inflammation, avoiding repeat synechiae in the pseudophakic state, and more.
