Resident recovers from capsule break

In the course of learning cataract surgery, resident ophthalmologists will encounter complications such as this posterior capsule rupture. The key is to recognize the complication and then successfully recover from it. This anonymous resident from South Korea does a great job in recovering from the complication and the patient ends up with a good visual result. This is a critical skill to master and I encourage all surgeons, both beginners and experienced masters, to watch this video.
