2550: Schlemm’s canal stent gets damaged

You’ve just finished performing a beautiful cataract surgery and now the IOL is securely within the capsular bag and the anterior chamber is full of viscoelastic. Time for the MIGS procedure and you have elected to use the Hydrus stent. However, when you start to advance it, there is some resistance and this nitinol device (nickel-titanium alloy) is not as tough as we think and as a result, it gets bent. Now with a kinked Hydrus stent, what is your next step?
