Our guest surgeon has a great mindset and attitude for cataract surgery: striving for perfection. When you create that capsulorhexis, it is part of your signature (along with the incision) and you want it to overlap the optic edge for 360 degrees but you also want it to look as perfect as possible. This is called taking pride in your work and having the mindset of striving for perfection is just fantastic. If I ever need surgery, anywhere head to toes, I want my surgeon to have the same mindset and attitude.
