
In this review video we discuss the various options for dealing with intumescent white cataracts an in particular with the creation of the capsulorhexis. As we know these cases are a high risk for capsular run-out (the dreaded Argentinian Flag sign) and we need to do something to minimize that complication. Options include needle decompression, double rhexis technique, phaco puncture, femtosecond laser, Zepto capsulotomy and more. What is your preferred technique? Please comment below.
