If you have not yet tried to perform stop-and-chop and instead do only divide and conquer, I encourage you to watch this video. We have an ophthalmology resident who is performing case 80 using this stop-and-chop technique. Though I typically perform a variation of chop for most cases, there are times where I make use of stop-and-chop as well. This resident does a great job with this case but certainly, there are areas which could use some improvement.
