
This video showcases the first time that an experienced phaco surgeon is trying the MSICS technique of whole nucleus extraction. The surgical technique is great and I applaud this surgeon for taking the effort to add this technique to the surgical skillset. phaco surgeon’s first time ever performing MSICS. While this technique is a little different than what I routinely do, the results are equally excellent.
