
Once the capsulorhexis is started, it is clear that this patient has severe zonulopathy. The wrinkling of the anterior lens capsule indicated that there is global zonular laxity. Once the cataract has been removed and the capsular bag is empty, there is so much movement of the capsulorhexis. What would be your approach to this tough case? Our guest surgeon does a beautiful job with a very difficult surgery. So many great pearls to learn.
