2129: how I handle a fluffy white cataract

In yesterday’s video (number 2128) we saw that using the phaco probe to apply ultrasonic energy to a soft, fluffy white cataract can result in the complication of a ruptured posterior capsule. This video shows how I handle these tough cases and it is the complete case shown start to finish. Next time you have a case like this, try this technique.
