Our guest surgeon presents a case that shows excellent knowledge of intra-ocular fluidics. By aspirating the cataract edge a rotation is created which carousels the nucleus into the phaco probe tip. This makes for an efficient nucleus removal. It’s a neat technique that is best suited to less dense cataracts.
