This is a tough situation of intra-operative complications which begin when the lens snare device (miLOOP or MiLoop) in inserted into the capsular bag. The first hint of impending issues is that the entire capsulorhexis gets dispaced as the metal wire of the MiLoop is placed around the nucleus. And it gets worse as the capsule ruptures and the vitreous prolapses. The entire case took about an hour but we have edited the video and sped it up to show the highlights in just a few minutes.
