This edited video goes through the steps of surgery including the cataract extraction, IOL implantation, and then iris repair. Looking at the photo above, the post-op result is good, but there is something I recommend to make the outcome even better. Can you guess what that is?
Do you think it would it be better to start the tunnel at 2.5mm and then go into the eye at 2mm? This would leave a 0.5mm scleral tunnel into which to bury the bulbs.
Yes. That would help. Also more peripheral at iris root.
