1902: intumescent white cataract decompression

We receive 5 to 10 video submissions every day from our CataractCoach fans and I am thankful for that (here are the instructions for how to submit your video — read them carefully). Surgeons from around the world share videos so that we can all learn from each other. In this case, our guest surgeon from China does a great job decompressing an intumescent white cataract and then performing the double capsulorhexis technique. At the end of the case, extra effort is made to make the resultant capsular opening even prettier. That’s passion and a mark of a great surgeon.
