1886: phaco chop case with GATT

GATT is gonioscopy-assisted transluminal trabeculotomy and it is a low cost MIGS technique to help lower intra-ocular pressure and it can be done in conjunction with cataract surgery. Our guest surgeon does a great job of phaco chop, then encounters a complication, resolves it, and continues the case to perform GATT. So much great learning from this case, especially about how to recover from this complication to produce a superb result for the patient.
