
This is a really difficult surgery because it is a posterior polar cataract and there is a pre-existing posterior capsule rupture. How would you approach this case? We have previously featured a video of me doing a similar posterior polar case which necessitated an anterior vitrectomy. We know that you should not do hydro-dissection, but what else can you do to safely complete this case? leave your comments below before watching the video
