
If you are a young surgeon nearing the end of your training in the USA or Canada, you will be graduating in about a month. This means that come July, you will be operating on your own, without an attending surgeon to guide (or rescue) you. You have a month or so left to become proficient enough to operate on your own while still learning to refine your surgical technique. This video is from a surgeon who is ready to graduate and we will review the skills and give helpful advice for improvement. We are having another video contest for young surgeons in training. Full details are available at this link here. Your video can be anything original, maximum length of 3 minutes, do a voiceover, do not use copyrighted music in the background, make sure it is actual high definition and in focus, and only one video per surgeon.
