If you are a young surgeon nearing the end of your training in the USA or Canada, you will be graduating in about a month. This means that come July, you will be operating on your own, without an attending surgeon to guide (or rescue) you. You have a month or so left to become proficient enough to operate on your own while still learning to refine your surgical technique. This video is from a surgeon who is ready to graduate and we will review the skills and give helpful advice for improvement. Your video can be anything original, maximum length of 3 minutes, do a voiceover, do not use copyrighted music in the background, make sure it is actual high definition and in focus, and only one video per surgeon.
