1780: resident week: pseudo-exfoliation

Continuing with resident week, we present a case of pseudo-exfoliation (PXF). There is a spectrum of disease when it comes to PXF which ranges from mild, like this case with great dilation and strong zonular support, to severe with a miotic pupil and global zonular laxity. It is important that you get experience with these cases during your residency so that when you are in practice you have a baseline level of knowledge.
