Marfan syndrome patients develop a progressive zonulopathy with subluxation of the crystalline lens which leads to visual decline. While still in their youth, these patients need to have cataract surgery which can be very challenging. For this type of case, how should we secure the IOL inside the eye? What would be your approach?
