I was fortunate to give this presentation as part of the Ophthalmic Premier League competition at the AAO 2022 meeting in Chicago. Dr Amar Agarwal puts together an amazing symposium of experts showing how they manage complicated cataract and anterior segment cases. This video was my presentation of how to do intra-scleral Gore-Tex IOL fixation so that there is no chance of erosion through the conjunctiva. Clips from this video were previously shown here on CataractCoach and this video puts them all together. This is a great technique that really works amazingly well. For patients who consult with me with dislocated IOLs or aphakic without capsular support, this is my preferred technique.
