1539: IOL calc case study 2: prior LASIK

Today’s interesting IOL calc case study features another patient with anisometropia, similar to IOL calc case study 1, where the eyes have differing biometry. That case had a patient with different axial lengths whereas this patient has nearly identical axial lengths but differing keratometry. There are some important teaching points in this case including the answer to the question about the small bowties of astigmatism seen on topography.
