Our new semi-monthly series is all about IOL calculation case studies. We will present a video about the IOL calculations for an interesting, unusual, or complex case and explain the decision making process and the surgical judgment involved. This first video is a case where the corneas are very steep (keratometry of 47 to 49 D), there is a large degree of corneal astigmatism, and there is significant anisometropia which is primarily due to differences in axial length. There is so much to be learned from this case.
