After so many years of education and training, you are almost done with your residency / fellowship training. In the USA, the academic calendar usually goes from July 1 until June 30 of the following year. This means that across the USA, almost 500 residents and a few hundred more fellows are preparing to graduate next week. Sounds great, but are you ready?
