1508: your last surgery before graduation

After so many years of education and training, you are almost done with your residency / fellowship training. In the USA, the academic calendar usually goes from July 1 until June 30 of the following year. This means that across the USA, almost 500 residents and a few hundred more fellows are preparing to graduate next week. Sounds great, but are you ready? I am sure that you have mastered the factual knowledge and learning because you’re used to taking written (and oral) exams and you are an expert at studying. But what about surgery? As of next week you will be expected to perform delicate ocular surgery like a seasoned professional. Are you ready?
