1424: cataract after ruptured globe injury

This patient sustained a ruptured globe injury starting in the center of the cornea and extending to the inferior limbal area. This required multiple sutures for closure and now, many months later, the patient is ready for cataract surgery. The challenge is the lack of zonular support at the area of prior trauma and our guest surgeon does a great job of solving this tough case.
