The divide and conquer technique is a tried and true method for nucleo-fractis. It works well in a variety of cases, including this case of a dense brunescent cataract. While I prefer phaco chop for these types of cases, our guest surgeon shows us that a beautiful result can be achieved with divide and conquer as well.
