In this video we are evaluating the performance of an anonymous young surgeon who is performing case 350. At this point, we are expecting a high level of performance since the early (and steep) part of the learning curve has been successfully passed. The performance is good and clearly this resident has been studying CataractCoach videos since the incision and capsulorhexis are quite good. There are a few things that could use some improvement and we point those out in the video. And I also reveal the one thing that shows me that this young surgeon will become highly accomplished in the future… can you guess what that is?
