1197: rescue this case of iris prolapse

This is a tough resident case and it all started to go downhill with a poorly constructed phaco incision. This incision increased the risk of iris prolapse and then the resident was unsure of how to proceed. The iris kept prolapsing from the incision so it became time for the CataractCoach to step in.
