We are fortunate to have a wide range of different IOLs to offer our patients. We have bifocal IOLs, trifocal IOLs, multifocal IOLs, EDOF extended depth of focus IOLs, and more. But with so many options, how do we pick the right IOL for each eye? And what about patient preference — after all, this is a decision which will affect they way the see the world for every waking moment for the rest of their lives. How much research should a patient do ahead of time? And what factors should you consider in making a recommendation?
