1138: my 100 year old cataract patient

This patient is 100 years old and she now has decided that she would like cataract surgery. Certainly we are expecting a challenge here on many fronts: the tissues are weaker, the zonular support is lax, the nucleus is dense and gummy, and the systemic anesthesia therapeutic window is narrow.
