Take the CataractCoach challenge: perform a cataract surgery while keeping the light reflex (Purkinje image) in the central zone of the cornea for at least 90% of the case. Can you do it? It is actually a critically important skill to be able to keep the eye in primary position while pivoting the instruments within the incision.
