
Take the CataractCoach challenge: perform a cataract surgery while keeping the light reflex (Purkinje image) in the central zone of the cornea for at least 90% of the case. Can you do it? It is actually a critically important skill to be able to keep the eye in primary position while pivoting the instruments within the incision. Watch the video to see what I mean and then record yourself performing cataract surgery and then critically evaluate yourself. If you can pass the challenge then you and your patients will benefit.
