1016: flip and chop in high myopia

This is a patient with a large degree of myopia and a relatively dense cataract. And it is a good case in which to use the flip and chop technique. This allows us to bring the nucleus out of the capsular bag and then the large anterior chamber gives us plenty of working room. The patient also gets a three-piece meniscus IOL and a post-op goal of mild myopia.
