Cataract Quiz: Why shift the capsulorhexis?

Looking at the picture above it seems like the capsulorhexis has been shifted nasally: it is much closer to the nasal pupil margin than the temporal pupil margin. Why is this? An experienced surgeon should be able to make a centered capsulorhexis, so why the nasal shift here?
