Do not withdraw infusion with a capsule break

If there is a break in the posterior capsule, withdrawing the infusion will allow the anterior chamber pressure go to zero and then even slight posterior segment pressure will allow the vitreous to push forwards. This force will cause a small capsular break to extend immediately. Now that this has happened, how do you recover without vitreous prolapse.
