Complete Case: Flomax & Toric IOL

Many of our CataractCoach.com readers have been asking for complete cases, shown from start to finish. There is a lot of valuable learning that can come from watching the details of an entire surgery. These videos are shown in their entirety but are still relatively quick so that a very small time investment is needed to watch and learn from the video.

This case is a patient who takes Flomax (tamsulosin) and that is inducing a degree of IFIS (intra-operative floppy iris syndrome). Watch how we overcome this and also implant a toric IOL to address the pre-existing corneal astigmatism.
