How to Save this Run-Out Capsulorhexis

This case is performed by a junior resident who has done about 20 cases so far. The trouble starts when the anterior chamber shallows due to loss of viscoelastic. This happened when the forceps were distorting the incision. The anterior lens capsule reverts back to its curved or domed contour which allows the capsulorhexis to run downhill and out towards the zonular attachments.
