    Thank you for sharing your top 5! Again a great video with good advice to become a beter surgeon for premium outcome for the patient.
    I do have a question: when explanting the IOL with the twist method you say: “explanting the IOL through the standard phaco incision”. What is your phaco incison size? I use a 2.2 mm slit knife, is this incision suitable for this kind of manoeuvre or should i enlarge the incison? What is the best incision size for doing the twist explant?

  2. The development of cataracts can be quite scary. Vision degrades slowly over time. The leading causes of vision impairment and blindness are uncorrected refractive errors and cataracts. If left untreated, cataracts can also cause total blindness.
