3061: Quiz: How did this happen to the IOL?
Looking closely at the image and what do you think the problem is with the IOL? Clearly 1 haptic is sticking out of the incision but is there anything else you should do before you dial that trailing haptic into the capsular bag?
i’d refill the ac with viscoelastic before attempting to flip the iol around or before removing and re implanting an iol. This surgeon has big “Kahunas” to remove cortex and polish pc with the phaco tip
