This is a very difficult case of a patient with complete opacification of the cornea, a prior failed corneal transplant, a dense cataract, and irido-corneal adhesions distorting the angle anatomy and causing glaucoma. Our guest surgeon does an amazing job of completely reconstructing the anterior segment of the eye to give this patient great vision. Truly great work and so much for all of us to learn from this case.
