This is truly a challenging quiz and very few surgeons can look at this picture and correctly determine what will happen next. I tried my best, and I was totally surprised! In this case, a resident surgeon attempts to inject an IOL into the capsular bag (in an otherwise routine and uncomplicated case) and then this happens…. wow, just wow.
