And when the phaco is performed it goes smoothly but then the capsular bag seems to disappear. Where is the capsulorhexis? Where is the posterior capsule? How will you know the capsular bag is present and intact (without an OCT machine)? What would be the best move here prior to IOL implantation? Please comment below.

I think injection of Triamcinolone and then whashing out it could be another way .
